RESOLUTION
June 26, 2019

Whereas, the Texas Police Association is concluding its 121 st Annual Training
Conference in College Station, Texas; and

Whereas, this has been an extremely successful conference due to the outstanding
cooperation and hospitality extended by the Cities of Bryan and College Station and the Brazos
County Law Enforcement Community; and

Now, Therefore, Be it Resolved, that we, the members and attendees of the Texas

Police Association, in convention and assembled in College Station, Texas on this 30 th day of
June, 2021, express our sincere appreciation for their efforts which helped make this confer-
ence an enjoyable and outstanding success.

RESOLUTION

Whereas, the Texas Police Association is concluding its 121 st Annual Training
Conference in College Station, Texas; and

Whereas, it has been a very challenging 2 years with positive increases in many of the
Association affairs, programs and operations; and

Whereas, the successes of the Association have been in great part, a result of the effec-
tive leadership of President Dwight Mathis, the Vice Presidents and other Officers, Committee
Chairs and Members, Regional Directors, Past Presidents and the Executive Director;

Now, Therefore, Be it Resolved, that we, the members of the Texas Police Association,
in convention and assembled in College Station, Texas on this 30 th day of June, 2021, unani-
mously go on record as commending President Dwight Mathis, the Officers, Committee Chairs
and Members, Regional Directors, Past Presidents and the Executive Director for their efforts
on our behalf.
