Social Risk Criteria
▪ JKR, CKC has conducted social surveys and quantitative
risk analysis (QRA) to derive the acceptable and
tolerable risks for Malaysia from 2014 till 2017.
▪ It was proposed that the proposed risk criteria be based
on social surveys, QRA, feedback from authorities and
practitioners and other than those established by other
developed countries, be the basis for the risk
assessment and be used for the prioritization of slope
safety enhancement and development guidelines.
