fasting from breakfast, lunch or dinner.  Or, you may choose to simply eliminate food alto-
           gether during the this time and go for a complete fast.  It’s up to you.  (If you have any

           health concerns, please check with your doctor first before fasting from meals.  Also, DO
           NOT, I repeat, do not forget to rehydrate always, meaning drink as much fluids, such as wa-

           ter or tea, as you can during your time of fasting.)  Again, we devote these meal times to
           prayer.
