GET IT RIGHT
THE FIRST TIME!
Below are a few tips:
Don’t procrastinate - Some tasks take a short period of time to get done. We sometimes put them aside for later. Suddenly, we have a big mess of small tasks to finalise.
Eliminate your distractions - We should be able to get rid of the distractions that prevent us from finalising our tasks e.g. browsing the internet, notification pop-ups on our phones, thinking about too many things at the same time etc.
Finish the job you started - At times we begin working on a task and then leave it incomplete. The more unfinished tasks we have, the bigger the mess of incomplete work. Don’t start what you can’t finish and finish what you start.
Discipline - Don’t spend time doing the same task over because you half-did it the first time. Instead, have the discipline to complete each task.
