Canterbury Historic River Tours
Who needs Venice when you’ve got the River Stour running through the heart of Canterbury? This early waterway can be enjoyed from a comfortable boat, thanks to the award winning Canterbury Historic River Tours, which can be found on the Kings Bridge between ASK and the Old Weaver’s House. Established in 1932, the river tour company has been delighting boat passengers with the beauty of medieval Canterbury for 85 years.
Experience what 14th century life in England was like during a 40 minute tour around the King’s Bridge, Franciscan Island, Greyfriars, Dominican Priories, and the Marlowe Theatre. If you’re more of a night owl, why not hop aboard an evening tour during the summer?
