Why Conduct a Feasibility Study? he answer is simple: to ensure the success of Teta Xi for the next 100+ years, Twe need alumnae support for the chapter and a plan for the chapter house. Te feasibility study will allow us to: • Determine the overall interest level of multiple generations of alumnae in supporting Teta Xi. • Identify alumnae with the capacity to fnancially support a campaign, specifcally those that would be willing to make lead and mid-tier gifts ($10,000, $25,000, $50,000, $100,000, or more). • Identify alumnae willing to volunteer as campaign volunteers and chapter advisors. • Most importantly, share the proposed projects with you, gather your feedback, and formulate an achievable campaign goal and renovation plan. Now is the time to help preserve our legacy by giving your time and talents to Teta Xi. WNo matter where you live or what your schedule is like, there is a position for you. Below you will see the main areas where we need volunteers, but if you are interested in a diferent position please let us know. Capital Campaign Steering Committee Tis committee will be formed after the Feasibility Study is complete. Should we move forward with a campaign, this group will direct and manage our fundraising eforts. Time Commitment: 4-8 hours per month Class Agents Tese volunteers are responsible for sharing information about the campaign with women from their era and for asking sisters to support the project by making a pledge. Time Commitment: 3-6 hours per month City Coordinators Tese volunteers are responsible for sharing information about the campaign with women from their hometown by hosting events where sisters can come learn about the projects and support the chapter by making a pledge. Time Commitment: 1-3 hours per month Chapter Advisors Tese volunteers serve to provide the Teta Xi chapter with guidance and support. For our chapter to continue to fourish, it is important that we have women willing to act as mentors to our younger members. Time Commitment: 1-3 hours per month
