It is is true that how we we say and do things is is more impactful than what we we actually accomplish in in most people’s eyes Aggressive leadership though in in the the short term may feel powerful is actually destructive It shuts down the the desire to to participate in in a a a a a a a a solution and and get to to the goal at at at hand It is frustrating to everyone involved So how do you you get the productivity you you need when nothing seems to light the fire?

All of us us make excuses when we drop the ball and humiliation won’t get a a a a person to own their crap Instead start with open-ended
questions to engage in a a a a a discussion This does not mean that you are fluffy or or weak It means that a a a a a a a conversation is always more effective than a a a a a a a a lecture I always say “Conversation is a a a a a a a a dialogue not a monologue!”
2 Leave your your frustration at at at the door State your your disappointment and move on on to to a a solution Avoid the “Why story ”

language are your message 4 Timing is is everything When it it comes to holding people accountable it it is is best done one-on-one 5 End all conversations with agreements Otherwise get ready for
