AVOID CROWDS
AND LONG LINES
Smaller crowds mean better animal viewing for you
and your little ones. You can take your time watching
your favorite animals knowing that people aren’t lined
up behind you waiting their turn.

KICK OFF A
MEMORABLE HOLIDAY
WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS
Do something memorable with your loved ones during the holidays and find
great backdrops for family snapshots. Zoo festivities will begin with an annual
Tree Trim event on November 12 and 13. Walkways will be lined with more
than 750 trees adorned with lights and hand-made ornaments—each decorated
by a school group, scout troop, family, group of friends, or company employees.
Reindeer Run follows on Saturday, November 19. You and your family
can “fun run” a 2-mile course through Brookfield Zoo and be the first
to see the 2 million twinkling LED lights of Holiday Magic®!
Our annual Holiday Magic, sponsored by ComEd and Meijer, is
Chicagoland’s longest-running lights festival. See a giant, lighted Christmas
tree, larger-than-life illuminated animal sculptures, a 600-foot-long tunnel
of light, a 16-foot-tall 3D Gingerbread House, and a Giant Orb.
Last, but not least, play the “Game of Gnomes”—an exciting scavenger
hunt through the zoo. Can you find all 27 gnomes hidden throughout
the park? For more information about Holiday Magic, including dates,
times, reservations, and tickets, visit CZS.org/Events.
