communication courses, including John Maxwell Executive Circle,

Rooftop Leadership, Business NLP Practitioner, and courses on
dynamic public speaking. In 2018, Brad married his college

sweetheart Ashley, and still finds time for golf, coaching baseball,

and travel. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED

conference format but independently organized by a local

community.
