Cherilyn Sarkisian, more commonly known as 'Cher' is a phenomenal
singer from the 1900's. Cher was born on the 20th of May 1946 and
is currently 74 years old. She was born in El Centro, California, United

States.

Cher and her sister, like most siblings, would needle each other and
call the other names, the most common being 'Stupid'. They became
the 'Stupid Sisters'.

Cher attended 'Fresno High School' in the U.S, and 'The Center for
Early Education'. Soon after, Cher didn't hesitate to study music at
'Montclair College Prep School'. The first song Cher released was 'All I
really want to do' on July the 3rd 1965. This song reached 20 on the

charts and featured on the hottest 100.

Cher conquered her acting career and became a fashion ICON in the
70's, her designer was Bob Mackey.

Cher's most famous song is 'Believe', it was realeased in the late 90's
and was a global masterpiece. ‘Believe’ was actually the first song

with auto-tune.

In the 00’s Cher had her first farewell tour, that grossed over 250
million dollars, the highest any female musician has ever achieved.
Oscars, Grammys, Golden globes and many more on her trophy shelf.

Cher is the only singer ever in the history of music, to have a number
#1 over 6 decades in a row. She has had 5 farewell tours and had no
idea she’d be wanted back in the music industry.

Cher has had a huge impact on today’s music and is soon having a
tour around Australia. All up Cher’s 6 decades in the music industry
have been astonishing, and Cher will live on in the history books
forever.
