        Sauté Bacon until Crisp and set aside
        Sauté Onion in some of the Bacon Fat and set aside
        Sauté the meats separately and set aside
                              sauté
        for 1 Minute
        Combine the above items with the Tomatoes and Rotel and tomato
        Sauce ­ cook for 30 Minutes
        Add the Beans and cook for another 30 Minutes

        Best if made the day before to better combine the flavors

        Serve with Sour Cream and Shredded Cheese

        Number of Servings: 6-8
