CREAM CHEESE PASTRY

        Ingredients
        1/2 pound of butter softened
        1/2 pound cream cheese softend
        2 cup flour
        2 tablespoons sugar

        pinch of  salt


        Instructions
        Mix all ingredients well together.
        Divide dough into 2 parts.
        Cover the bowl and refrigerate over night.
        Roll out and cut into squares. Fill each with any marmalade of your choice and fold
        the dough together and over pinching corners if necessary.

































        Ingredients for other type of dough
        cinnamon

        sugar
        brown sugar


        Instructions
        For the other dough, roll out. Put together a mixture of cinnamon, white and brown
        sugar and pour over the rolled out dough. Roll up and slice. Grease cookie pan and
        bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.



        These cookies were made by my Mom, Herta Hubler. She usually used orange and
        strawberry preserves.  These cookies  were always  delicious and were  eaten very
        quickly. My mom got this recipe from her friend Friedel.
