MERINGUE KISS COOKIES

Ingredients
4 egg whites room temperature 1 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla dash of salt

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat egg whites and salt together until foamy.

Gradually add sugar while beating until mixture is sti . Fold in chocolate chips and
put spoonful of mixture onto the parchment paper. Put cookies in a hot oven and turn
o . Keep cookies in the oven and don’t open the oven for 8 hours.

Chocolate Kisses - add 1/2 cup cocoa powder

Meringue Kiss with Chocolate Chips - 6 oz chocolate chips cut into small pieces.

parchment paper. Put in oven and do not open for 8 hours.
