As God said: “Then pass on At a quick pace from the place When it
is usual for the multitude So to do, and ask For God’s forgiveness
For God is oft-forgiving, Most Merciful”. When you reach Muzda-
lefah you have to pray Maghreb and Eishaa combined, shortening
the prayers of Eisha, while Maghreb is the same three genuflects.
It must be before dawn, if there is too much congestion on the road
and you were unable to reach Muzdalefah you have to pray on the
road. As for the weaklings like women and children are allowed
to leave Muzdalefah to Mouna after midnight, or when the moon
disappears. The necessity of passing the night over in Muzdalefah,
according to the saying of the Prophet of God, take from me your
reclusions”. And for His Majesty Sayings: You have to pass quickly
as the multitude passed and pray for God near Al-Mishaar Al-Ha-
ram, and ask forgiveness from your God. This Quranic clear order
proves that we must pray (zikr) to God on the Mishaar Al-Haram,
after passing quickly from Arafat and Muzdalefah, and it is all place
for standing place, which is included under the name of Mishar Al-
Haram. Those who are excused from passing the night, has to pray
for God at night.
