as well as some on that day leave Mouna and go to sleep in Arafat.
And this is in violation to the teaching of the Prophet (Allah Prayers
and Peace be upon him)
6- Some of the pilgrims make prayers (D’oaa) supplications, with
some obscure prayers that they do not know the meanings accor-
ding to the wrong books which they find, what is legal is to pray to
the Majesty of God by a fixed clear prayer which he must know its
meaning and requests it to be achieved.
7- The Moslem is not allowed to talk about his intention as the in-
tention is restricted to the heart. But is legally recognized to men-
tion the type of reclusion he wants, either Hajj or Umrah, after wea-
ring Ihram cloths, and he has to say for example: Lobaik Hajj, or for
Umrah Lobaik Umrah; as the Prophet (Allah Prayers and Peace be
upon him) previously made this. But for prayers or Tawaf he has
not to express his intention explicitly by saying I intend to pray or
to perform Umrah loudly, so saying this is considered as wrong
innovations, and disclosing it loudly is still uglier, and more sinful.

The Second day of Hajj functions
Functions of the ninth day of Zul-Hijjah, (Pilgrim is Arafa).
If you pray Fajr, and the sun arose, then you have to thrust forward
to Arafat, saying Lobaik:” I attend Thy presence again and again.
All praise is to Thee, all wealth is Thine, all power and Domain is
Thine, Thou hast no partner. Oh Allah! I attend Thy presence again
and again, I attend Thy presence. Thou art the true Lord, I attend
Thy presence.” You make Takbeer, God is Greater, God is Greater,
God is Greater and Gratitude to him. And with this you have to raise
your voice. Fasting on that day is dislikeable, as the Prophet (Allah
Prayers and Peace be upon him). While he was standing there he
was not fasting as they brought him a flask of milk and he drank it.
