16.1 The parties choose as their domicilia citandi et executandi (domicile ad dress) for all purposes
arising from or pursuant to this agreement and undertaking as follows:

16.2 Any party shall be entitled from time to time, by written notice to the other, to vary its domicilium
address to any other address within the Republic of South Africa which is not a post office box or poste
restante
16.3 All notices given in terms of this agreement and undertaking shall be in writing and notice given
by any party to the other (the addressee) which
16.3.1 is delivered by hand or transmitted by telefacsimile to the addressee's domicilium address
shall be deemed to have been received by the addressee on the 1st (first) business day after the
date of delivery or transmission, as the case may be; and
16.3.2 if posted by prepaid registered post from an address within the Republic of South Africa to
the address at its domicilium address for the time being shall be deemed to have been received by
the addressee on the 5th (fifth) business day after the date of such posting.
16.3.3 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained or implied in this agreement and
undertaking, a written notice or communication actually received by one of the parties from
another, including by way of telefacsimile transmission, shall be adequate written notice or
communication to such party.
16.3.4 Any notice or communication sent by electronic mail in terms of this agreement shall not
constitute effective notice.
17. COSTS
17.1 The costs of this agreement and all consultations in regard thereto shall be payable by
