Cinnamon Roll Cake .

3 cup flour 1 / 4 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar 4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 cup milk 2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla 1 /2 ·pip butter, melted
Topping:

1 cup butter, softened 1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons flour 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Mix everything together except for the butter. Slowly stir in the melted
butter and pour into a greased 9x13 pan. For the topping, mix all the
ingredients together until well combined. Drop evenly over the batter and

swirl with a knife. Bake at 350 for 28-32 minutes.
Glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar 5 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
While warm drizzle the glaze over the cake.
Dark Chocolate Chunky Clusters
1 (10 oz.) bag of butterscotch chips
3 cups of dry roasted peanuts
(12 oz.) bag of dark chocolate chips
Add-ins: Chopped nuts, raisins, dried fruit and coconut
Start by pouring all the chips into a microwaveable glass
bowl and mix them up. Microwave for one minute. Then
• stir. If they are not all melted, return to microwave for
another few seconds. NOTE: You can also melt the chips
in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Then pour in peanuts
and any add-ins you prefer. Stir until well incorporated. Line some
large cookie sheets with parchment or wax paper. Then dip out the
candy by the spoonful onto your cookie sheets
