Regulating healthcare delivery and licensed professionals falls
under the purview of both federal and state laws. Therefore, this
course does not attempt to present a one-size-fits-all approach
to risk management issues. Standard of care, scope of practice,
rules, and regulations for APPs practicing in Tennessee may be
very different than if he or she practices in Georgia.
