How do I Run Reports for Account Administrator Assignments?
Overview
Account Administrator is a group of pages that are used to view Staff and Faculty assignments at the operating unit, department, or project level using pre-determined roles. The assignments identify the appropriate contact, denoting responsibility or ownership. Some of the assignments (Faculty and Project PI) are also used for reporting purposes in the EBI system.
A Compass report is available for retrieving assignments for a single user. ACCT_ADMIN – Chartfield Assignments by OprID
There are also several queries that are available to review existing assignments and to identify chartfields for which assignments have not been made. This job aid walks users through the steps of running both.
1) EU_ACCT_ADM_DEPT_ASSIGNMENTS - Acct Admin assignments by dept
2) EU_ACCT_ADM_PROJ_ASSIGNMENTS - Acct Admin assignments by proj
3) EU_ACCT_ADM_UNASSIGNED_DEPTS - Depts not assigned in Acct Adm
4) EU_ACCT_ADM_UNASSIGNED_OPERUNI - Oper units not assigned in Acct Adm
5) EU_ACCT_ADM_UNASSIGNED_PROJECT - Projects not assigned in Acct Adm

Run this report to obtain a list of all Account Administrator assignments for an individual assignee.
