How do I Add Ad-Hoc Approvers as an Approver?
6. Select Save Process Flow.
The new approver is now inserted into workflow for this transaction and does not apply to future transactions. In addition, only
the individual who inserted the approver will be able to remove them from the workflow by clicking the minus sign (-) next to
their name. The approver can only be removed before the transaction has started through Workflow.
7. Select Approve/Send Back/Hold/Deny.
Denying an expense report will prevent that report from being edited or resubmitted. This means the submitter will have to delete the
denied expense report and recreate it. You should use the Send Back button to return an expense report to the submitter for changes.
If you place the transaction on hold, this prevents others from approving the transaction. No one can access the transaction except for
the person who put the transaction on hold.
