10. If a Facilities and Administration Budget Item (FACADM) was entered in Step 7, check the
Facilities and Administration checkbox for that line.
11. Click on the Save button.
Upon Saving, the system populates existing SpeedType (or SpeedChart) on the newly added lines and corresponding chartstring
values are populated accordingly.
12. Click the Finalize button.
