        How do I Add a Manual Position for Cash Positioning Worksheet?

        Overview

        Cash Management users can manually add a cash position by associating a bank and worksheet to the
        position. This is a one-time activity for a manual cash position entry.

                A manual cash position, for example, could be entered when a bank activity that does not display at the bank in the current
               day BAI but you know will process on that day—e.g. debt payments.

               Manual cash positions will NOT display until the scheduled Cash Forecast is run (Ran periodically in batch mode)
        Navigation


               Navigator > Cash Management > Cash Forecast > Process and Review >

               Cash Forecast Results > Actions Link > Add Manual Position


        The Enter Manual Cash Position page displays.

                  The Search Criteria allows users to search for a manual cash position entry that can be used as a reference to enter in a
                   new entry.

        1.  Enter in a combination of Search Criteria to search for a previously entered Manual Cash
            Position.

                  Enter the SetID, Unit, From and To Dates, and Category of choice to search for a Cash Position.
                  You may have to leave the Value Date blank to search. (The field will default to the current date)
        2.  Enter One Time Manual Entry in the Category field to view previously entered manual
            entries.

        3.  Click the Search button to view the results.

            Manual Cash Position Entries appear.

        4.  Entries with the selected search criteria will display. To add a new position, click the “+” button
