1. Enter the SetID = EMUNV
2. Verify the Request ID is NEXT.
3. Click the Add button.

The ChartFields related to a SpeedType are critical to Grants processing over its lifecycle. Ensure that you
have correct values for all ChartFields before you add a SpeedType.
