4. Enter the Effective Date. Use a value of 01/01/1901 to avoid any system issues.
5. Verify the GL Business Unit Enter EMUNV
6. Enter the Operating Unit.
7. Enter the Department.
This is the same value associated with the project. Review the Award profile to verify.
8. Enter the Fund Code. 5700 for Sposnored Budget Chartfields on PAN and 2282 for Program Income.
9. Enter the Class.
10. Enter the Program Code. Enter 00000
11. Enter the Event. Enter 0000
12. Enter the PC Business Unit. Enter GRANT.
13. Enter the Project ID.
This is the same value associated with the project. Review the Award profile to verify.
14. Verify SpeedChart. This is blank until saved.
15. Enter the Activity ID. YRALL for PAN.
16. Click the Save button.

17. Click Submit. This will submit the Request into workflow. It will need to be approved before a SpeedChart is created.
