WorkCenter Tabs and Sections
The WorkCenter page is divided into two frames:
On the left frame, the navigation option displays links to MyWork section, tasks, reports and queries.
On the right frame, you will see the content selected. For example, you can click on a specific link in the left frame, you will
return the content in the right frame.
All WorkCenters contain both the Main and Reports/Queries tabs and contain the following content areas:
1. My Work – the My Work section includes links to pages that a user needs to access on a
daily basis. The My Work section can also include exceptions and alerts, where the user needs to take some type of action.
Some links that are set up for the My Work section can be subject to filtering criteria that limit the amount of data that is
available to a user. The section can be personalized by users.
2. Links – the Links section includes additional links to pages or other areas of interest to the
user role. A system administrator can determine a list of links that are available to end users, and the end user can
personalize which links they want to appear on their WorkCenter. Links to external pages can be placed in this section as well.
3. Transaction Area – displays the lists, dashboards, and other pages that you select from My
Work or Links on the right side of the WorkCenter page. This area can display various items such as a
welcome statement and application pages.
