1. Terms and Conditions can be added separately for each project or can be associated with
Award by checking the “Copy Terms to all projects on Save”.
2. Select the Terms & Conditions.
Use the Add button to add additional Terms & Conditions.
3. Review the Description.
Description will default from the selected Term.
4. Enter the Explanation.
This value prints on the eNOA.
The entry is not required for this field.
5. Click the Save button.
6. Click the FSR Milestones tab.
FSR Milestones screen displays.
