Peer Experts are heavy users of the
What is Compass tool. They support their

peers and the program by providing

a Peer expertise on Compass processes and

functional usage. They act as the first
Expert? line of support for Compass-related

questions in their business

units/departments.

Peer Expert Activities
• Participate in testing (Interactive Labs & UAT) and provide feedback on Compass 9.2 functionality
• Build and share functional knowledge of the Compass upgrade with business units and
departments
• Attend Compass-related activities and events (i.e, Compass Outreach Sessions, Town Halls,
Interactive Labs, Training classes)
• Collect feedback and share with project team on the Compass Upgrade questions and concerns
• Provide coaching and support to end users as they transition to Compass 9.2
• Lead Communities of Practice
