        I don't know what my SpeedType/SpeedChart is...?
               SpeedType/SpeedChart can be found using the SpeedChart Maintainance Page: Setup Supply
               Chain/Financials>Common Definitions>Design ChartFields>Define Values>Emory SpeedChart
               Maintenance.  You can search by Department, Fund, PC Business Unit, or Project.  The SetID for all
               Grants SpeedCharts is EMUNV.  You may want to add this page to your favorites by using the Add to
               Favorites hyperlink next to the Sign Out hyperlink in the upper right corner of the page.  As an added
               benefit of the Upgrade to the system, pages saved in your favorites now show the navigation in bread
               crumb format at the top of the page.

        How do I view Contract Attachments?
               There are three navigations to access these attachments:
               1)  Central Users: Grants>Awards>Award Profile>View Contract hyperlink>more drop
                   down>Attachments or Customer Contracts>Create and Amend>General Information>more drop
                   down>Attachments Note: RAS/Decentral cannot access this page via either of these navigations and
                   will need to use the one listed below.
               2)  RAS/Decentral: Grants>Awards>View Contract Attachments

        Access


        I am a new employee/new to Grants and need access to the system. What do I do?
               Take the EPEX training either distance learning or instructor led and complete and submit the EPEX
               access form to PSGrants@emory.edu.

        I can’t access the DL course on my MAC.
               Use Firefox as your browser.

        I submitted my access form and never got my access code/username/password?
               Your username is your Emory Net ID and your password is the same as your email password

        My PI wants to give me her/his Net ID and Password to approve the proposal on her/his behalf. Is this OK?
               No, it is not.
