Approving ChartField Requests in the GL WorkCenter
The following is the second method of approving a ChartField request, which could be
considered a “mass” approval of multiple requests at one time. This should only be used if you
are aware of a special situation which doesn’t require you to review the details of the request
prior to approval.

1. Select the box next to the ChartField(s) you wish to approve.
You can approve multiple ChartFields at once.
2. Once you have selected the boxes, click Approve to approve the ChartField.
Clicking Approve will remove the ChartField from the list.
