Andrew Snow - Managing Partner
Having a penchant for out-of-the-box thinking, Andrew spent his career testing and perfecting ways to buck conventional wisdom redesigning traditional events, parties, and any rulebook he opened. He made a name for himself by making impossible innovations work and with 16 years of non-profit experience he is up to any task.
Chris Shultz - Managing Partner
With 18 years of corporate bank experience at J.P. Morgan Chase, Chris went out on his own in 2005 to start an online banking company. The company sold
in 2016 and Chris started a venture capital fund to help start up companies in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.
His work in the for-profit world will work well in the non-profit sector, lending advice and guidance.
Jessica Gray - Operations Manager
After many years of working in business management, owning a small business, and volunteering in the community. Jessica has an eye for detail, is a creative thinker, and a caring heart. Her organizational skills help keep Track15 “on track” with client engagement and projects aimed at creating impact and increasing donor dollars.
Ashley Shultz - Grant Writing Director
From a family of nonprofit pioneers in Florida, Ashley grew up around the work that she has a passion for today. A graduate of Randolph Macon Women’s College with a degree in English she has served on nonprofit boards, organized volunteer groups, and loves using her writing skills to advance the narratives of our clients.
Joel Rothermel - CRM Database Manager
Joel Rothermel brings 12 years of nonprofit program, operations and IT experience. Joel worked to update and modernize the technology infrastructure at the Center for Nonprofit Management. Joel also worked to launch CNMimpact, a data centric approach to demonstrating nonprofit impact. Prior to working in the nonprofit sector, Joel worked for 10 years in the financial industry as a Fraud Analyst at Citibank and as an equities trader and in tech support at Fidelity Investments. Joel is also a certified Salesforce Administrator.
