Kendyl Wear - Annual Giving Manager
Kendyl has worked in annual giving and fundraising for non-profit organizations of all sizes - from large universities to very small, local non-profits. Through these experiences, she has gained an understanding of the challenges that organizations face when raising money for their annual funds. However, always one to have a solution, Kendyl combines her experience, data, and creativity to help organizations develop successful campaigns that tell an exciting story while also broadening the base of support.
Eliza Mcdonald - Event Planner & Project Manager
A former English teacher and graduate of Bucknell University, Eliza has used her skills of hyper-organization
to propel the Track15’s event planning into a new space.
Her eye for design and knack for communication helps
create the perfect space for clients to showcase their mission.
Kelsey Menzel - Grant Writing and Storytelling
Kelsey has worked for and with nonprofits for the better part of a decade. She studied English at the University of Texas at Austin and, after a stint teaching in Colombia, went on to earn a master’s in urban management from the Technical University of Berlin. Having been on both sides of the nonprofit world - providing direct services as well as managing development and other behind-the-scenes work - Kelsey most enjoys using her skills as a writer, editor, and fundraiser to help a variety of nonprofits achieve their missions.
Misty Jackson-Miller - Writer and Strategist
As a longtime writer with a background in research (and strong opinions about grammar), Misty’s experience ranges from copywriting and social media management, to features and op-eds. Passionate about community engagement, she has both worked and volunteered for local nonprofits, served on advisory boards, and written profiles of nonprofit leaders for Dallas Doing Good.
Laila Rothermel - Research and Prospecting
Laila has experience working with nonprofits of all sizes in data management and reporting. She’s a full-time student at TWU majoring in Elementary Education (Early Childhood-6th grade with a Special Education Certification.) In her free time, she enjoys traveling.
