I would also like to thank all of the members of Nashville’s Andrew Jackson Lodge 5 and especially Desmond
Carter, Johnny Crumby, Mark Garafola, Duane Phillips, and James Smallwood for a great conference and superb
hospitality. They did an outstanding job and as I stated earlier, this was the best National Conference I have attended
since my first conference in 1981.
