QUINN EDWARDS
The varsity soccer program has been blessed with Quinn as a member for 3 years. He played outside back for his first 2 years and has moved into a midfield position to help bolster our defensive needs this year. Quinn is very composed, skillful, and looks to strike on goal. He also reads the game well and
has been helping our ball possession. Quinn’s strong character makes him a great leader by example.
GRAYSON GATRELL
Grayson is a three-year member of varsity soc-
cer, playing both offensive and defensive roles in the midfield. His has a quick style of soccer, one-touch passes and works to play his teammates into goal scoring opportunities. He also makes a commitment to his defensive responsi- bilities, operating alongside his teammates to diffuse oppositions’ attacks. Both players and coaches enjoy Gray’s soft-spoken demean- or and his support for his team.
TYLER HILL
Tyler is a 3-year varsity member who has provided depth in our defense. He has assumed a starting position this year where he has been performing at a high level. Tyler has good speed and strength. He is a great tackler and is hard to get past due to his great length. He has dom- inated in the air both in the flow of play and on restarts. Tyler has stepped up tremen- dously when we have most needed him.
EVAN HIRSCH
Evan is a 2-year varsity member. He is a devoted, hard-working, box-to-box midfielder, but has also spent time as a target center forward this year. Hirsch is a great supporter of his team- mates, and his enthusiasm for the Latin community has been evident throughout
his time in varsity athletics. The coaches and the players appreciate his passion and commitment to his team and our school, and look forward to Evan’s endeavors after Latin.
