Krishnagiri Village Development Project
aunched in 2015, the Faizal & Shabana Foundation’s Krishnagiri Village Development Project (KVDP) is an inte-
L grated community improvement initiative to raise the living standards of 3,792 households of Ennegollu village in
Krishnagiri district, Tamil Nadu. This village is in the neighbourhood of the state-of-the-art factory of KEF Infra, which
manufactures prefabricated materials for the construction of offices, hospitals, schools, hotels, homes, malls, commer-
cial and residential buildings. KVDP initiatives include upgradation of a government primary school, skills develop-
ment and women empowerment programmes, promotion of organic farming and hygiene and sanitation projects.
