                                                                                         A.  Andrew Paul Mobley (3/13/31-8/24/2001) was a true outsider artist.
                                                                                         His whirligigs were made of painted plywood and materials from dumps
                                                                                         and building supply stores. He displayed them in his Williamston, NC
                                                                                         yard. It could sell for as much as $75 these days.
