Adjectives that Compare
These adjectives will tell you how two or more nouns are the same or different. When you are comparing two nouns you will add –er to most one syllable
adjectives.
Sometimes you will need to change the spelling of an adjective when you are adding –er or –est.
When you are comparing two nouns, you will add more to most two syllable adjectives.
When you are comparing three or more nouns, you will add most to many two syllable adjectives.
The words a, an, and the are special adjectives, they are called articles.
