1. Start writing your first draft based on your preliminary outline.
Your research paper should be at least five paragraphs. The first paragraph should be the introduction and the last the conclusion.
2. As you already know, it is important to start with an appealing paragraph so the reader is interested in your report.
Choose the direct quotes you want to use, and use the quotations marks around it. This means you are repeating a person´s exact words.
3. Don’t forget that the main point of writing a research report is to prove your thesis.
4. Remember to state the sources of your information. Write a bibliography.

Check for errors.
Ask a classmate to read it and tell you his/her opinion.
