Two people have declined the Nobel Prize, Jean Paul Sartre who was awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature and Le Duc Tho, awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for his efforts in negotiating the Paris Peace Accords, he declined the prize because he said there was still no peace agreement.
