PARMESAN CRUSTED REDFISH WITH CRAWFISH TASSO SAUCE

½ tsp. kosher salt
Pinch cayenne pepper
3 oz. Louisiana crawfish tails
1 tbsp. unsalted butter
1 tbsp. sliced green onions
½ cup heavy cream
