DIAMOND GRILL LOBSTER QUESADILLAS




      4 oz. lobster knuckle      In a saucepan over medium heat, sauté the
                                 lobster meat and pico de gallo in butter for

                                 melted.


                                 Remove from the pan, cut into quarters, and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
