Crawfish Cornbread





      1 cup white cornmeal      Mix all ingredients thoroughly in
      ½ teaspoon soda           large mixing bowl. Pour ingredients
      1 teaspoon salt           into lightly greased 8 x 10 inch
      ¼ cup cooking oil         baking pan. Bake 45 minutes
      1 can cream style corn    at 350˚F.
      2 eggs

      1 cup chopped onions
      1 lb. chopped crawfish
