The region follows Interstate 10 from Lake Charles through Lafayette and
the nearby coastal areas to Baton Rouge and then flows along the Mississippi
River to New Orleans. And that’s where we begin in the Greater New
Orleans Area. There’s just “that little something extra” about everything
you experience in this region. What we call “lagniappe” in Louisiana.
