IAC Boot Camp is a progressive fitness program for all levels. Take advantage of the opportunity to train with exclusive equipment and in a variety of state-of-the-art indoor and outdoor facilities, and receive nutrition guidance from our registered dietician. LOOK AHEAD ... take your fitness goals to the next level. Your only limit is you!
Mandatory Informational Meetings:
Thursday, March 12 at 6:45pm or Saturday, March 14 at 9am. Early registration fee (before March 23): $260M/$350N
Late registration fee: $290M/$380N

Restorative Yoga - Let Go!
Restorative Yoga is a tool used to help find true relaxation. It is the art of not doing and being still that allows the mind and body to unwind and release tension. Restorative Yoga relies on the use of props and the prolonged holding of a few simple poses to achieve a deep level of relaxation.

50+ Fitness Fusion
Free to Inwood Athletic Club members!
You will lose it if you don’t use it! This class, designed for those 50+, is conducted on the Inwood Athletic Club fitness floor. The focus is form, function, lifelong wellness, injury prevention and quality of life. Instructors teach participants the proper use of strength machines during this instructional circuit style class.
On-going Tuesdays and Thursdays,12 – 1pm & 1 – 2pm. Meet at the Inwood Athletic Club Fitness Desk.
