 DONATE
Your Weight
The Joliet Community does not disappoint; when given a challenge we rise up to make a difference together! Last year the Joliet Park District asked the community to unite for a good cause and donate their weight (loss) to Team Make a Difference. The participants answered the call for help with a record number of participants and the highest return rate to date. The challenge is on once again and we need the community to come together, get healthier AND help a great cause. This year the amount of weight lost will be donated in dollars to SRJC (Special Recreation of Joliet and Channahon). So gather your friends, family, neighbors, and co-workers and register for this FREE program.
It feels good to get healthier, and it feels great to give!

Nutrition
Nutrition is 80% of the equation for a healthy lifestyle. Food is the fuel needed for day to day life, and learning the best way for you to fuel your body will increase energy, allow for fitness gains, and help achieve and maintain a healthy weight. The amount of mainstream nutrition advice and information can be overwhelming and ever-changing. Inwood Athletic Club has a licensed dietitian with over 20 years of experience to help you sift through the information and offer advice based on science and your individual needs. Check inwoodathleticclub.com for upcoming nutrition workshops and events.
