Just what you’ve been waiting for; Bootcamp for those 50 and older! This amazing workout and nutritional program will be a challenge that is just right for YOU! Informational meeting March 25 at 8:30a or 6:30p in the IAC board room. Nutritional meeting will be held the first day of the session. Free “Ageless Champion” shirt for each registrant.

Weight training exercises have been shown to increase the strength of your muscles, maintain the integrity of your bones, and improve your balance, coordination, and mobility. In addition, strength training can help reduce the signs and symptoms of many chronic diseases, including arthritis.
