Easter Egg Hunts|SATURDAY, April 8
Grab your Easter baskets and head out to
Nowell Park Baseball Field or Heggie Soccer Field for the Great Egg Hunt!
The parks will be divided by the following age groups:
4 years & under; 5 – 7 years; 8 –10 years;11–12 years
Nowell Park Baseball Field: 10 am Heggie Soccer Field: 1 pm
Earth Day Celebration
Saturday, April 22 at Pilcher Park Nature Center
Celebrate the environment! Come join us for wild ower hikes, pulling invasive plants, playing games and making crafts out of recycled materials, and visiting earth-wise vendors with great information. The stewardship portion is a good opportunity for community service hours for high school, scout groups, and church groups. Learn why it is important to preserve habitats and good to recycle. Fairy Festival & Breakfast with the Fairies
Pilcher Park Nature Center Saturday, May 6, 9am – 2pm
Join us for a Fairy Fest, Nature Center style! Enjoy fairy  ower walks, discover fairy food, take a ride on a horse drawn carriage, and let our winged hostesses entertain you! Come dressed in wings, make a wand, learn a few magic words, and indulge your inner child. Enjoy breakfast with special fairies visiting the tables between 9 am and 11:30 am.
Vendors will be present. Entrance is $10, Breakfast with the Fairies is an additional $5. Program #17N-2-8000
