Brief description: Mechanical (power) organisation is functioning under the control of
Sr.DME/HYB with 3 Crew depots (KCG, NZB and MBNR), Two running rooms, 3 Rest
Rooms and one RCD at KCG.

2. Combined crew booking lobbies:
Crew booking lobbies are available at KCG, NZB and MBNR.
Computerized booking of Loco Pilots andGuards are combined at all the lobbies.
All the 3 lobbies are renovated and provided with furniture, amenities like
Water cooler with R.O system etc.
Crew Management System developed by CRIS/New Delhi was commissioned
in the lobbies (KCG, NZB and MBNR) in the division.
All the CMS Kiosks are integrated BA system and Webcams for the crew to
undergo BA test during sign ON and OFF.
