3. Application fees submitted to FA&CAO/SC by Sr.DFM/HYB on 03.05.2021.

4. On 22.04.2021, a note has been initiated through E-Office for In-Principle approval of all
branch officers at divisional level for further process.

5. On 29.04.2021, Engg branch offered remarks for the proposed siding. Same was
communicated to party on 27.05.2021.

6. Based the on the remarks of Engg branch, party furnished compliance and submitted
revised conceptual plan on 07.06.2021.

7. Same was submitted to engg branch through E-Office on 07.06.2021. Pending with
ADEN/NZB to submit feasibility report.

8. Feasibility report submitted by engg branch on 15.09.2021.

9. Submitted for DRM approval on 21.09.2021.

10. Sent to Headquarters for In-Principle approval at Zonal level.
