Subject pronouns replace nouns that are the subject of their

clause. In the 3 person, subject pronouns are often used to avoid
repetition of the subject’s name. Examples:
a. I am 16.
b. You seem upset.
c. Andi is angry, and he wants Tania to apologize.
d. This table is old. It needs to be repainted.
e. We aren’t coming.
f. They don’t like pancakes.
Apart from subject pronouns, there are also object
pronouns. Object pronouns are used to replace nouns that are
the direct or indirect object of a clause.
Examples:
a. Give the book to me
b. The teacher wants to talk to you.
c. Rendi is hurt because Gino hit him.
d. Nino received a letter rom her last week.
e. Destin can’t find it.
f. Don’t be angry with us.
g. Tell them to hurry up!
