Manage My Health
Manage My Health is an AmWINS Program designed to improve the physical and mental health
and wellness of retired employees, their families and caregivers. With an integrated approach
through leading providers, AmWINS includes a broad range of services for caregivers and
retirees, including but not limited to:
1. Mental health and substance abuse
2. Depression
3. Stress
4. Family/Child Problems
5. Smoking Cessation
6. Grief/Bereavement
7. Elder care planning and member discounts
8. Emergency Identification Cards
9. Nutrition and wellness
Policy Administration
1. Verify eligibility of new enrollee.
2. Verify continuous coverage for Pre-existing condition limitations.
3. Set up billing account and identify plan selection.
4. Issue ID numbers.
5. Upload participants to providers for provider activation (HIPAA secure).
6. Process ACH forms with accounting department.
7. Initiate fulfillment kit with ID cards, certificates of coverage and Rx plan details.
8. Group and individual billing and collections and remittance to all providers.
9. Ongoing processing of additions, terminations, and address changes as needed.
Billing, Collection and Individual Account Reconciliation
1. Set up, credit and collection of ACH funds to retiree account and reconciliation. Monthly billing
services for retirees who cannot participate in ACH.
2. Reconcile individual accounts and upload monthly eligibility changes.
3. For delinquencies:
a. Send out past due notices.
b. Make courtesy phone call.
c. Send out termination notice.
d. Send out reinstatement notice.
4. Prepare CMS transmittals and verify reconciliation
